Artist's Comments

Another try at a female elf - may it be Holly from Artemis Fowl or not. This one was inspired by a photo of Shannyn Sossamon , in my opinion she is not only deadly beautiful but has a certain elfish charm so I chose her :)
For the ones who don´t know her she was the princess in A Knight´s Tale and starred as undead wife of Alex O´loughlin in the sadly cancelled series Moonlight.
The general pose is from the photo but I changed the nose ( Holly Short is supposed to have a hooked nose and full lips ) and the lips abit so you might not actually be able to make out the reference :)
As usually, done with pencil - please tell me what you think about it ;P

I like it :D I really does look like Shannyn Sossamon, and I have to say that you have a very good understanding of the human face proportions, I wish I could fraw something as realistic as that O.o very good :D
And you're right, why didn't I pick up on that? She does seem elfish :-)

Oooh, I love this one. It looks so realistic, and it does look like Shannyn Sossamon, who indeed would make a good elf=D I really like how her eyes look, they're very expressive=)
